What is the difference between the Create Activity feature and the Record Activity feature?

The Create Activity feature is setting up activities you are planning. The Record Activity feature is use to record LYC activities that have been completed and the activity was not part of any of your  ongoing activity but is an LYC activity you wish to add to your Journey.
